Amare Ashenafi Aragie is the founder and Deputy Managing Partner of 5A Law Firm LLP, bringing specialized expertise in tax, investment, and regulatory matters with over 18 years of experience.

As Court Manager of the Federal Supreme Court of Ethiopia - a position carrying the rank of Supreme Court Judge - Amare oversaw critical reforms to Ethiopia's federal court administration. Earlier, as Presiding Judge and President of Dessie City Appellate Court, he gained deep experience in judicial leadership and case management.

Amare's LL.M in Tax and Investment Law from Mekelle University, combined with his practical government experience, makes him the firm's go-to advisor for market entry, investment licensing, and tax structuring. He has advised government bodies, national corporations, and multinational companies on reorganization, legal drafting, and investment matters.
